Roast Beef & Gravy

This is the easiest roast beef recipe you will ever make! It does not sacrifice on flavour and it turns out terrific every time. Roast beef doesn’t have to be difficult with this recipe. You could make it any day of the week!

Time: 15 min + 8 hours cooking

  • 1 (3 lb) boneless beef chuck roast (I have used blade and inside round cuts)
  • 2 cans (284 ml each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Each post will be rated on level of difficulty based on the following criteria:

  • The number of steps
  • How involved the cooking preparation is/how much time it took to prepare it
  • The number of ingredients and how easy they are to obtain

I will also include the following with each recipe review:

  • Time it took to make including baking/cooking time
  • Equipment and ingredients required
  • (Sometimes) a Wine Pairing because I love pairing wine with food πŸ™‚
  • Total calories/serving (I was raised to use calories as a measurement of health when eating food. I believe life is all about balance. Sure salads are good for you but I don’t want to take the enjoyment out of eating and like to save room for that bowl of ice cream πŸ˜‰ )
